One of the easiest ways to #SpreadTheRed is to send us a Red Selfie.

1) Get decked out in red and snap a pic.
2) Use a color editing app such as Color Splash to make the Red pop.
3) Send us your image via DMs or hashtag #RespectMyRed.

What are you waiting for? YOU can join us to end sexual violence!

Before everyone heads out to fireworks with hotdogs and hamburgers and ice cream, we'd like to remind you of the thousands of human trafficking victims in the United States who are denied freedom daily. Today and everyday we stand with trafficking victims and survivors in the fight against modern day slavery so that they too can enjoy Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. #FourthOfJuly #EndSexualViolence #EndHumanTrafficking

June is National PTSD Awareness Month. PTSD, or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, is a disorder that can develop in people who have experienced a traumatic event. 94% of victims of sexual assault will develop PTSD in the first two weeks following their attack. Almost one-third (31%) of all victims of sexual violence develop PTSD sometime during their lifetime. More than one in ten rape victims (11%) still have PTSD today. Take action during PTSD Awareness Month. Find out if you or a loved one has PTSD, and discover ways to get help. Link in bio. Members of out RMR Team have been given the opportunity to participate in a new play debuting in NYC. Written by Kim Davies, #STET tells the story of a journalist "assigned to write about sexual assault on college campuses and [who] must find a unique angle for the story that will sell. During her investigation, she encounters a student with a horrific story to tell. Determined to bring the events to light, the ambitious reporter refuses to let anything stop her-- including the truth." $1 from every ticket sale will be donated to #TakeBacktheNight Foundation.
